Gina Hatami has been associated with our firm since 1999 and currently represents our clients in an "of counsel" capacity, having opened her own law practice in 2006 . Prior to joining us, she worked for a firm that represented a large insurance company, allowing her to bring an insider's knowledge of the insurance industry to her personal injury clients. She is admitted to the New York State Bar, and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. She graduated cum laude from Touro Law School.

Gina Hatami, along with one of our partners, Mitchell R. Friedman, volunteered her time and legal expertise by representing and counseling families who lost loved ones on September 11th, 2001. She is currently involved in all aspects of case management and development in addition to handling all phases of litigation from case intake to trial.
