Our Attorneys > Jeannie Rivera
Jeannie Rivera has been an Associate Attorney at Friedman and Moses since 2002. She has managed many of the firm’s cases and has handled all phases of pre-trial litigation. Since joining our firm, she has obtained significant settlements and judgments for the accident victims she has represented.
Prior to joining the firm, she gained civil litigation experience at a New York law firm where she managed well over 200 cases. In 1998 and 1999, she served as a legal intern at Legal Services, Inc. in Pennsylvania, where she represented individuals in child custody matters. In the summer of 1998, she was selected by her law school to serve as a judicial intern for the State of New York Unified Court system, for the Honorable La Tia Martin, Bronx County Criminal Court judge.
Mrs. Rivera is admitted to practice law in the Courts of New York State. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the New York County Lawyer’s Association.
