Jennifer Baines has been with Friedman & Moses, LLP since 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Baines worked as an associate for a law firm specializing in personal injury. Ms. Baines graduated from Hofstra University School of Law where she was a member of the Family Court Review. Her article, Gamete Donors & Mistaken Identities: The Importance of Genetic Awareness and Proposals Favoring Donor Identity Disclosure for Children Born From Gamete Donations in the U.S., was published in the January 2007 Issue of the Family Court Review. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Baines attended Colgate University from which she graduated in 2002 with a B.A. in Art History.
Ms. Baines is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
